In this small scale company there are 18 men working mostly by hand, in one of the oldest costume jewellery export companies in India. Techniques are handed down from father to son, so a person who learns from their family can work faster and more skilfully, most workers we employ are doing the same job as their father or uncle before them. In addition to statutory requirements, they also provide Provident Fund to their workers. The company started in 1967, so they now have the benefit of vast experience and knowledge of design and production.
