As the shipping price changes each day for different areas in the UK, we decided this is the easiest option to ensure you receive your item as quickly, cheaply and as safely as possible. Delivery can take between 1-3 weeks depending on your area, and how long it takes for payment to be made direct to the courier. The driver will be in contact with details, they are a one-man delivery service so help may be needed unloading. 

Returns: We offer a full refund for this item if it's unwanted. Items must be returned undamaged and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return delivery costs. You have 14 days to decide to return the item and contact us directly on hello@theroost.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved. You may not receive a refund if the item is not received back in its original condition. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit, you will need to chase this with the courier involved.
