A technology and interiors enthusiast. Will grew up surrounded by art and interior design magazines and always dreamed of launching his own business. He attended the New Entrepreneurs Foundation and developed the concept which became The Roost. 

With a background in luxury marketing and interiors, Esme brings her styling and marketing experience to The Roost. She's worked for interior and fashion brands including Retrouvious, as well as previously working as an interior designer.

An experienced sales and marketing manager. Harriett has an extensive background spanning interior design, product development, e-commerce and sales. Over the years, she’s worked with designers such as Veere Grenney, Salvesen Graham and Sarah Vanrenen.
