• Product reviews on The Roost (www.theroost.com) are collected from customers after purchase through an email request.

  Reviews submitted to us must be:

  a) related to the performance of the product being reviewed.
  b) genuine and represent your honest experience of the product being reviewed.
  c) clear, concise and constructive.

   

• Reviews submitted to us must not:

  1. Refer to customer service, delivery, returns, availability, or packaging issues.
  2. Use inappropriate, offensive, libellous or unlawful language or images.
  3. Refer to any third parties.
  4. Refer to third party content or website.
  5. Relate to product price history, promotional prices, or price availability.
  6. Include personal information about the reviewer or any third party.
  7. Be in any language other than English.
  8. Contain any advertising or promotional material.
  9. Be submitted by anyone under the age of 18.
  10. Be repeatedly submitted and / or vexatious.
  11. Be non-original material, including second-hand information, hearsay, quotes, links or text that the reviewer has not written.
      

  
  

   

• Reviews that do not meet the publishing criteria will not be published. Our Rating & Review service is for product only. The decision as to whether or not a review meets the publishing criteria will be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to withhold, refuse or re-moderate any reviews we consider do not meet the publishing criteria.
