A technology and interiors enthusiast. Will grew up surrounded by art and interior design magazines and always dreamed of launching his own business. He attended the New Entrepreneurs Foundation and developed the concept which became The Roost. 

With a background in luxury marketing and interiors, Esme brings her styling and marketing experience to The Roost. She's worked for interior and fashion brands including Retrouvious, as well as previously working as an interior designer.

With a love for creativity, branding, e-commerce, and marketing, Tom brings an extensive background in these fields to The Roost. Having worked in film distribution, in gallery spaces and with a fashion brand, his expertise helps create seamless, engaging experiences and foster strong connections with our customers.
