GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Competitions will run from and to dates stated on our website, social media platforms and/or in-store.
  • Entrants must be UK residents.
  • The winner/s will be chosen at random on a pre-specified date.
  • The winner/s will be announced on the relevant platform/s and contacted through by The Roost directly, either through social pages or email address.
  • Entries are only valid when submitted according to the instructions posted on this website page and/or on relevant publicity materials.
  • Prizes will be provided only in the form advertised, must be redeemed in accordance with the terms provided at the time, and may not be exchanged or refunded for cash.
  • All competitions hosted on social platforms by The Roost are not sponsored, endorsed or in any way affiliated with Instagram or Facebook. 

REVIEWS PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Purchasers who are residents of the UK, are aged 18 years and over are eligible to enter.

  • Entry is only counted through the completion of a review when invited to do so by The Roost. The review must meet the conditions set out here. Rejected reviews will not be entered into the prize draw. Entry into a prize draw will be based on date of submission, not publication.

  • There will be one prize draw each month, opening on the first of each month, and close at 23:59 on the last day of each month.

  • Each month’s prize draw is a new draw and entries made in one month will not be carried over into the next month’s draw.

  • Only one entry per person for each product reviewed.

  • Third party or multiple reviews on the same product by the same person resulting in multiple entries will not be accepted and will be disqualified from entry. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that are reasonably suspected to have been made fraudulently.

  • We accept no responsibility for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries or entries not received due to a technical fault or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control.

  • One winner will receive a £100 The Roost E-Gift Card, sent by email only. The prize is non transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. We reserve the right to replace the prize with a prize of equal or greater value when it becomes necessary to do so.

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received. Winners will be contacted via email within 14 working days of the prize draw closing each month. If a winner fails to respond or claim the prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner and repeat the process until the prize is claimed.
