Products: These products are of antique and vintage nature; therefore, they may have the occasional bump, scratch, or dent as they have been used by previous owners. We will do our utmost to present these flaws and will try to highlight these through product descriptions and imagery. Please also note while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser or computer system used to view the products.
Delivery: this can take 2-6 weeks. We offer free delivery on all orders over £50, including furniture deliveries within England. For all orders under £50, the delivery fee is £4.95 to England.
For furniture deliveries to Scotland or Wales, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Before ordering furniture, please check you have all the information you need to consider it is the right product for you, that the item will fit through doorways, staircases, and into its intended space. We are very happy to send you more information or pictures if required. Once collection has been been booked, our couriers will charge to cancel. Failed deliveries or returns will incur additional charges & is the responsibility of the customer to arrange.
Please inspect your item upon delivery and notify us immediately if any damage has occurred during transit.
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
To arrange a return, please contact us on returns@theroost.com and we will be happy to assist. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back in its original condition.
