Returns: We offer a full refund for this item if it's unwanted. Items must be returned undamaged and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return delivery costs. You have 14 days to decide to return the item and contact us directly on returns@theroost.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved. You may not receive a refund if the item is not received back in its original condition. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit, you will need to chase this with the courier involved.
