We hope you will be very happy with your purchase. However, if you decide to return any Rosanna Lonsdale item, please notify us within 10 days of your intention to return goods. We’ll be happy to refund a product provided it is returned unused within a 14 day time period, in its original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Customers will have to cover the courier cost of returns. Once the re-saleable product is returned, we will refund the money back to you.

Including details of your name and order details. When returning your item(s), we recommend that you send any returns by recorded delivery, as if it doesn't arrive or arrives damaged we are unable to issue a refund. 

If you no longer have the original packaging, please use at least 8 layers of bubblewrap and surround this in a box filled with polysterene balls.
