The Pig is created in collaboration with artist Olivia Sewell, translating her distinctive artwork into textile form. Olivia’s expressive linework is reinterpreted in handwoven wool, creating a playful character who brings charm to the wall.

Each piece is handwoven to order in Bhadohi, one of India's oldest weaving towns, using techniques passed down through generations of artisans.

Composition

Crafted from 100% New Zealand Wool.

This wall hanging is ethically made in Bhadohi, India, handwoven by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Subtle variations are part of the process and make every piece unique.

Hanging Notes

Each wall piece is finished with a discreet Velcro mounting strip stitched along the back. The corresponding Velcro strip can be fixed directly to the wall using screws or high-strength adhesive strips, allowing the textile to sit flush and cleanly in place.
This method provides a refined, gallery-style finish while allowing the piece to be easily removed if required.
For larger pieces or specific installation preferences, alternative mounting options can be discussed on request.
