Delivery & Returns

Lead time up to 10 weeks (usually 6-7 weeks).
Beds are delivered and assembled. Unfortunately, as these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns. We can deliver to all mainland UK, but get in touch if you need delivery to Northern Ireland or the Isles.

If you would like to add storage underneath, we can do anything you'd like for an extra £300/per bed. Get in touch with us at hello@theroost.com for what your preference would be eg lift up gaslift, 2 drawers on both side, on one side etc.
