Tulip wave is an ode to the simple beauty of organic shapes. A calming blue wave echoes little rows of nodding maroon tulips, creating in a unique pattern that will complement both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Sophie's natural linen fabric is woven and printed in the British Isles and has a natural texture, lovely weight and drape. This cloth is perfect for light upholstery, curtain making and soft furnishings.

UK Delivery is 2-5 working days if in stock. Otherwise, these items will be made to order within 1-3 weeks. Wallpaper/Fabrics are mostly all made to order.
If you wish to return a purchase please email returns@theroost.com within 14 days of receiving your goods, providing your order number and the reason. We will send you the returns address to use. Please post your purchase back in its original condition. You must use a tracked delivery service. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at this time. Once your parcel is received here, we will issue your refund.
Cut fabric cannot be returned.
Wallpaper rolls must be unopened and in their original cellophane.

About the Brand

Sophie Harpley is a British artist and designer painting patterns by hand to create original wallpapers and linen. Inspired by modernist painting, botanical forms, antiques and travel; her fresh freehand style brings a relaxed and storied aesthetic to the home.

Sophie's career began at London V&A Museum and served to confirm her deep love of art and decorative design. She graduated in 2012 with an MA Graphic Arts specialised in print. Drawing together her love of paint and pattern, Sophie's homeware collections have evolved ever since, alongside illustration commissions and collaborations with interiors brands.

In 2023 Sophie won a Homes & Gardens Design Award for her wallpapers. Her work has featured in national press such as House & Garden, The Financial Times, Telegraph and Elle Decoration. Sophie’s work was described by British Vogue as ‘always uplifting’ and she truly believes in the joy, creativity and character that hand-painted patterns bring to our lives and homes.
