You have a right to return your order for any Birdie Fortescue item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within 28 days. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.

Sale items are returnable within 14 days after receipt in return for a full refund. Sale items returned within 14-28 days after receipt will be exchanged for a credit note.
