Wash & Care Information:

• Wash on a 40 degree gentle warm cycle ( 30 degrees saves energy)
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not use optical brighteners
• Do not dry clean
• Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals
• Dry flat or tumble dry on a low heat - finish with a light tumble dry for softness
• Avoid drying in direct sunlight
• Iron inside out on medium heat
• Advice: Some skin products contain ingredients that can cause discolouration

Delivery time: < 1 week. If you've changed your mind, we're happy to accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. We unfortunately cannot refund any shipping costs; the refund will be issued for the product price only.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
