We can provide a return label, and depending on situation provide refund or replacement. If you receive a return label, you will have 10 days to have the item collected or dropped off. Please note if you do not return your item(s) within this time period, your request will be void.
Panda London pillow, mattress and topper covers, bath products and Panda Kids muslins are not accepted for return except in exceptional circumstances, unopened with all the tags in place. This is to uphold strict hygiene standards.
