Returns: You can return your noo.ma product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it. We retain the right to reject returns if the product is not in its original state. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to: missing original packaging, components, damages caused by the customer, or improper packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return items to not.ma's warehouse in Poland. To initiate a return, contact our support team at returns@theroost.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return. If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, you may either request a refund (with shipping costs deducted) or have the order re-shipped.
