In the unlikely event your items(s) are damaged or faulty or you have changed your mind please contact us at returns@theroost.com and we would be happy to assist.
All sales (excluding clearance items) are eligible for a full refund providing that the goods are still in their original packaging complete with instructions (if applicable) and in a fully resaleable condition.
To receive a full refund we must be in receipt of your goods in perfect, resaleable condition within 28 days of your delivery date. In the event that your goods are damaged by your chosen courier or postal service on their way to us, we may have to deduct this from your original order value. We recommend choosing tracked delivery to mitigate against lost or damaged items during the returns process.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?
