CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash on a low heat cycle, air dry and then press with a hot iron. The braid may curl slightly after washing, so it needs a good pressing!

Delivery & Returns

Lead time < 1 week. We normally send out items within 2 days of receiving your order and delivery times are between 5-7 working days (not including bank holidays).
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of purchase, providing that the items you send back are unused and in the original packaging you received them in, and in a re-saleable condition. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and if you would like to return any goods that you have purchased from us please email us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Please use a trackable shipping service because we regret we cannot be held responsible for loss of returned goods without proof of posting.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
