Lead time < 1 week. We normally send out items within 2 days of receiving your order and delivery times are between 5-7 working days (not including bank holidays).
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of purchase, providing that the items you send back are unused and in the original packaging you received them in, and in a re-saleable condition. How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?
