Returns:Ribera Handmade Ceramics accepts returns in line with the standard policy: customers have 14 days to notify us of a return, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that as all pieces are entirely handmade, slight variations in colour, texture and glaze finish are a natural characteristic of the craft and are not considered defects. However, items damaged or faulty upon arrival are exempt from standard return conditions and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
