• The frame has two metal hangers on the back, so it can be hung both vertically and horizontally on the wall. The frame is opened from the back using the metal clips that rotate to the side, making it easy to frame your artworks.

Take care of it

• When cleaning your wooden frame, we advise that you wipe it with a clean, dry microfibre cloth.
• Remove any fingerprints from the glass using glass polish and a microfibre cloth.

• Returns are available within 14 days. We hope that you love every order made from us, but if you want to return something, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@theroost.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be returned in the original packaging.
• Unfortunately bespoke items cannot be refunded unless the items arrives faulty. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
