Delivery & Returns

Lead time: Prints are sent out within 3-5 working days and are sent via Royal Mail or a carrier service.
Returns: We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but we understand that if for any reason you may need to return an item to us. We will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping. The cost of return delivery is at the expense of the customer and must be returned by a signed service within 14 days and in the same condition that it was received. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
