Product Care:

Dust regularly using a soft brush or vacuum to keep the surface clean. Wipe up any spills immediately with a damp cloth, following the direction of the wood grain. Avoid placing the furniture in direct sunlight, as fading, discolouration or cracking may occur over time. Keep away from heat sources such as fireplaces or radiators, as well as areas of high moisture, to prevent warping. Always lift the furniture when moving it to avoid damage.

1. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all parts included and in the condition they were received, including the outer box.
2. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us. If you are returning a faulty or damaged item, please send returns@theroost.com an email within 14 days of receipt.
3. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

You are responsible for the item until it is received. We recommend keeping proof of postage. Please ensure that fragile items are protected and safely packaged. If the item is damaged in transit due to poor packaging, we may not be able to issue your refund. Your return will be inspected. Goods found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.
