Botanical Boys began as a passion project, with its founders creating terrariums at home. Friends and visitors admired these miniature ecosystems and expressed interest in learning the craft. This led to the first terrarium workshop around their dining table, marking the start of a journey to connect people with nature. How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
