Care Guide

Handmade from natural, non-toxic black clay, Chamba pieces are made to be used and cherished.
Before first use: Cure by filling to 3/4 with boiling water, placing in a hot oven, and heating for about 30-45 minutes. Allow to cool fully before washing.
Use: Oven-safe and suitable for open flame. Not compatible with induction. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Care: Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. Restore sheen by wiping with white wine vinegar.

Crafted using ancestral techniques, each piece will develop its own rich character over time.

This items has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return to hello@theroost.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.
