Part of our Embroidered Placemat Capsule, this design celebrates the meeting of two artisanal traditions. The base is handwoven from natural iraca palm — the same fine fibre used in the iconic Panama hat — creating a beautifully structured and lightweight foundation for the table.
Each placemat is then delicately embroidered by hand, with motifs carefully stitched onto the woven palm surface. The result is a refined interplay of texture and detail, where traditional weaving meets decorative needlework.
Available in three distinctive motifs — Poppies, Leafs, and Nordic Heart — each design brings its own character to the table, whether expressive and floral, organic and understated, or graphic and symbolic.
