Delivered directly to your home by trusted couriers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location. All products from one order are being shipped together unless otherwise stated. All costs, taxes, and customs fees covered.
Returns: You can return your noo.ma product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it. We retain the right to reject returns if the product is not in its original state. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to: missing original packaging, components, damages caused by the customer, or improper packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return items to noo.ma's warehouse in Poland. To initiate a return, contact our support team at returns@theroost.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return. If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, you may either request a refund (with shipping costs deducted) or have the order re-shipped.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?
