Returns: Whilst we want you to love every Casa By JJ piece as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. So it's OK if you change your mind - you can return any item up to ninety days from the date of delivery. Each item you return needs to be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please email returns@theroost.com stating your order number and the items you would like to return. We will get back to you as soon as we can with instructions on how to return your item(s). Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know.
