Delivery & Returns

Silo Studio have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
As Silo Studio fabrics are made to order, these are non-refundable

About Silo Studio

Silo Studio is a design studio founded by artist and designer Hannah Watts. The studio consists of artwork, homewares and musings by the designer. Having travelled to various countries within Africa, Hannah’s main inspiration comes from these places - the culture, the energy, the colours and of course the huge expanse of craftsmanship.

With a strong interest in hand made craft everything has either been created in house, or designed by Hannah and made by specialist artisans. Silo Studio is proud to work with various small, family run makers, women’s collectives and individual artisans from around the world to support both them and their craft. Their priority is quality, using the same techniques these artisans’ ancestors have passed down to them.

The studio takes into consideration its environmental impact. We have tried wherever possible to minimise our waste, producing only small runs and using responsible materials.

Are you an interior designer?

Yes, we offer 1:1 consultations with interior designers. Head to our Design Services page to find out more information. For reference, we offer both Design and Colour consultations depending on your needs.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
