More than anything we would like you to be happy with your rug but if you aren't you can send it back to us within 10 days without having been used. We just ask that you kindly pay the return postage. Please contact returns@theroost.com to start the process.

About Amy Kent

Amy has been making bespoke customised rugs for nearly 20 years. Inspired by every day shapes and patterns she has grown her collection into a wide and varied array of designs, together with wonderful collaborations with like-minded creatives such as Rapture & Wright and Willow Crossley.

Since the beginning Amy's main ethos has always been to produce beautiful handmade rugs that are as accessible as possible to as many people as possible. However, knowing that the bespoke route can be quite daunting and expensive, last year Amy launched ’Shop Amy’. This off-the-peg, immediately available, selection of Amy’s designs as flatweaves can be delivered straight away so you can get a unique hand woven rug, but without the bespoke price tag or long lead time.

Are you an interior designer?

Interior designers like you find us easy to use, as you can purchase and add multiple items to checkout without waiting for invoices. Yes, we offer 1:1 consultations with interior designers. Head to our Design Services page to find out more information. For reference, we offer both Design and Colour consultations depending on your needs.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
