Hanging Instructions: Our Pelican House tapestries can be hung in several different ways:

1. We recommend using interlocking brackets. One set is pre-stitched to the back of the artwork at the top, the other set should be installed on the wall. This provides an invisible and strong hanging solution. Please select this as an add on if you would like this.

• Other options could include using gold hooks which you slide through the tapestry or you could frame it. Please select ‘no fixing’ at check out to receive a plain version.

Delivery Time:

• 2 weeks for items in stock and 10-12 weeks for items made to order.
• All our Pelican House rugs are made to order. They can be fast tracked if you really need to hit a deadline with a fast track fee.

Returns:

• We are happy to accept returns of standard size and colour rugs purchased online within 7-days (returned at buyer’s expense), provided the item is in its original condition.
• Returns are not possible on any custom or bespoke items you have ordered as these are tailor-made to your specifications. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is returnable before ordering.
