Please note each rug in the 'Shop Amy' collection is individually hand made so they can be give or take up to 6cm of the sizing listed. This is the beauty of them, each one is unique. If you would like to check the colours against your interior use our form below to request threads.
This design, from Amy's collaboration with Rapture & Wright can also be made bespoke to any size and colour, and as hand knotted.

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.
Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.
Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
