French Linen is a versatile, cool grey with subtle brown undertones, inspired by the colour of aged natural linen and classical French interiors. Available in Wall Paint, Chalk Paint, and Satin Paint finishes, this soft, full-bodied neutral creates a calming backdrop that allows rich and bright colours, like Emile and Emperor’s Silk, to truly pop. Sizing

Wall Paint: Available in 120ml and 2.5 litre tins. 2.5 litre is enough to cover approximately 27.5 square metres. Coverage will vary depending on surface and application.

Chalk Paint: Available 120ml, 500ml, and 1 Litre. 1 litre is enough to cover approximately 13 square metres

Satin Paint: Available in 750ml. 750ml is enough to cover approximately 11 square metres.

Technical Information

Chalk Paint: After painting, seal indoor furniture with Chalk Paint™ Wax. On floors, seal with Chalk Paint™ Lacquer.

Satin Paint: All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from any dust, debris or oil-based contaminants before applying Annie Sloan Satin Paint. We advise using a water-based detergent such as sugar soap to thoroughly clean. If you are painting a metal surface, we advise applying a specialist primer underneath Satin Paint. There is no need to apply Wax or Lacquer after Annie Sloan Satin Paint.

Returns: You can return unopened and unused items within 21 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have been opened or used. Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return the goods. You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when they were received or with equivalent packaging. Please note we cannot refund items that have been damaged while in transit due to improper packaging. Make sure you wrap them up well! We suggest you use a tracked delivery service. About the Brand

Annie Sloan is a family-run paint company based in Oxford. The company was established in 1990 when founder, artist and interiors expert Annie Sloan, invented her revolutionary furniture paint, Chalk Paint. Chalk Paint can be applied to wood, glass, metal, brick and even laminate, left to dry, and then waxed to finish. No sanding or priming is required. In 2021, the company introduced Wall Paint, combining premium pigments with Annie’s in-depth knowledge of the history of interiors and the practicality of an easy-to-use, durable finish.
