WHO MADE YOUR BRASS DOOR KNOCKER?

We met George (pictured) in 2018 during our first visit to Ghana. A talented brass caster himself, George heads up a group of artisans who make our beautiful recycled brass candle holders, hooks, knobs, and knockers. He is based in the capital of the Ashanti Region, Kumasi.

CARE

Polish your solid brass knocker using Brasso (always follow the instructions on the bottle), or by covering half a lemon with salt and rubbing it onto the knocker. Rinse well and dry with a soft cloth.

• Returns: As an online store we appreciate that from time to time you may order an item then be unhappy with your chosen product. In this case, we offer to replace, exchange or refund the item provided you have emailed us at returns@theroost.com within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know. 
• You must then have returned the item(s) to us in *Saleable Condition* within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot refund until we have received the item. Orders will be refunded in full, minus the cost paid for shipping in the original transaction. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. 
• IMPORTANT - Please make sure you return your items to us via a tracked delivery service, please note that we can not be responsible for any returns that go missing so do ensure you choose a postage method with adequate insurance. Please include your original invoice and a completed returns slip inside the package.
