WHO MADE YOUR TOILET ROLL HOLDER?

Our woven baskets and fans from Ghana are made by a talented group of artisans based in the Upper East Region, under the Burkina Fasso border. The baskets are made with indigenous veta vera which grows abundantly in this hot, dry area. The co-operative we have partnered with is led by Agana, who works closely with the weavers.

CARE

Your product may arrive folded or slightly out of shape. When this occurs, Ghanaian toilet roll holders can be easily brought back to life with a quick steam using a steamer or steam setting on your iron. Steam the light shade and manually shape. Please be careful as the straw may be hot.

To clean, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth or sponge, remove most of the moisture with a dry towel and leave to air dry naturally.

Avoid placing in direct sunlight as this may cause some of the colours to fade.

Returns: As an online store we appreciate that from time to time you may order an item then be unhappy with your chosen product. In this case, we offer to replace, exchange or refund the item provided you have emailed us at returns@theroost.com within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know.
You must then have returned the item(s) to us in *Saleable Condition* within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot refund until we have received the item. Orders will be refunded in full, minus the cost paid for shipping in the original transaction. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
IMPORTANT - Please make sure you return your items to us via a tracked delivery service, please note that we can not be responsible for any returns that go missing so do ensure you choose a postage method with adequate insurance. Please include your original invoice and a completed returns slip inside the package. If you have not received a returns slip with your order please email us so we can send one to you. Returns sent without any order information cannot be refunded.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?
