Please email us at returns@theroost.com stating the reason for return, your name and postcode. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be in the same condition you received them in and in the original packaging.
Returns cost: you will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
