We hope that you love every order made from us, but if you want to return something, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@theroost.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be returned in the original packaging.
• Unfortunately bespoke items cannot be refunded unless the items arrives faulty. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
