We do hope that you will be very happy with your Marla Primrose piece. However, if you do wish to make a return, please notify us as soon as possible. We will be happy to give you a full refund provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back. We therefore recommend that you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
Delivery charge and the cost of return postage will only be refunded if the piece is faulty.

How long will it take to get my orders?

We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.
