Care: Dust clean with a dry cloth. Do not burn the candle until the end.

Please note: Differences will occur from one piece to another as they are each individually made by hand and without a mould.

Our Candlesticks come wrapped by the artisan and placed in an Issy Granger box.

Delivery time: < 1 week
Returns: All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original packaging and condition. You are welcome to return items for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please include a note inside the parcel with the following details: Order number, Full name and Reason for return (Refund or Exchange).

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
