Composition & Care

Please be aware print colour may vary slightly between batches however we will always do our upmost to ensure consistency within orders.

30 degrees cool wash, with similar colours. Use colour safe detergent, we suggest avoiding detergents that have optical brighteners as these can alter the colour. Low tumble dry or line dry out of direct sunlight.

By washing all low temperatures you are taking care of the environment and washing in the most Eco appropriate manner.

We recommend knotting opening ties together, closing button openings and turning duvet covers and pillowcases inside out before washing – which will stop other items entering the duvet and preserve print. To avoid damaging linens it is always best practice to ensure washing machines are not over loaded as the twisting of the fabrics when a drum is overly full will put excessive pressure on the items

Delivery & Returns

Delivery < 1 week, usually around 3-4 days.
Returns - We hope that you love your order as much as we do, but if something is not right, you can return an item purchased. Please contact hello@theroost.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the order to request a returns authorisation number and return instructions.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?
