To care for your piece, we include a soft microfiber cloth with every product. For routine cleaning, gently sweep this cloth dry or slightly damp across the surface. Never use abrasive papers, coarse sponges, or harsh chemical cleaners, which can dull the brilliance of the finish.

Returns: We offer a 21-day free returns window, meaning you may request a return within 21 days of receiving your item. Simply contact us at returns@theroost.com, and we will take care of it for you. Returns are completely free. Simply email us with your order number, and we’ll provide a complimentary return label to send your item back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
