Returns: We accept returns for this item on on full price and sale orders. The product must unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the good is the customer's responsibility.
If you have received a faulty product, please contact customer service as we assess each case individually. For faulty products we cover the cost of the return.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
