Care Instructions:

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with water or other liquids, as they may cause discoloration or damage to the wood. In the event of a spill, blot immediately with a clean cloth. Gently wipe with a well-wrung damp cloth if needed, then dry thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth.

Always use mats and coasters to protect the surface from heat and moisture. Clean spills promptly and place a protective pad beneath paper when writing. While suitable for normal household temperatures, avoid positioning the furniture near direct heat sources such as radiators or fireplaces, as low humidity can cause solid wood to warp or crack.

Returns:
1. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all parts included and in the condition they were received, including the outer box.
2. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us. If you are returning a faulty or damaged item, please send returns@theroost.com an email within 14 days of receipt.
3. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

You are responsible for the item until it is received. We recommend keeping proof of postage. Please ensure that fragile items are protected and safely packaged. If the item is damaged in transit due to poor packaging, we may not be able to issue your refund. Your return will be inspected. Goods found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.
