To return items such as cushions, napkins or lampshades that have been purchased, please email us at returns@theroost.com with your order number. You have 28 days to return your order from the date your parcel arrives.

Seasonal Delivery Information

For delivery before Christmas: order by the 18th December. After that, we won't be able to deliver samples or cushions until 10th January. However, Headboards, Fabric and Wallpaper rolls will continue as normal with the same lead times.
