Introducing the Quilt Rug, a magnificent joint venture between The Roost and Pelican House.

Our Quilt design originates from the fantastic patchwork quilts made by Amish communities in the early 1900’s. The quilts had an amazing flare for colour, with strong rectangular shapes forming the building blocks of their designs.

A quilt is a staple home piece, embodyingthe unity of our two new businesses, celebrating homeware and craftsmanship through a handwoven rug.

Quilt comes in three captivating colourways – Coconut, Jardin and Quin.

Rug Information

All our products are handwoven one piece at a time by our team. Due to this process, there may be minor variances in size, shape or colour, from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handwoven rugs, but this is what makes them so unique.

Material: PET Yarn
Lead time: 10 - 14 weeks

PET Yarn is made of recycled plastic: bottles are broken down and spun into a soft and durable yarn, so it’s a sustainable material. This 100% recycled PET collection is handwoven on a loom; they feel as soft as wool and are extremely durable, so they’re ideal for cleaning and can be used both inside and outside.
