Our traditional methods of crafting wallpaper can result in subtle but noticeable differences between batches of the same design. For the most consistent results, it’s best to order all the rolls you’ll need for your project in one go.

We recommend ordering all the rolls you need in one go because using traditional techniques and real paint, like we do, means pattern and colour can vary very slightly between batches. You can always return any unopened rolls you didn’t need (unless they’re Archive papers).

The colours are inspired by shades from our palette but due to our traditional manufacturing methods, the paint may appear slightly different in colour on wallpaper compared to on walls. Delivery time: 1 week (3-4 working days)
Returns: Customers notify us within 14 days, return within 14 days, unused and in original packaging. For any return, there will be a restocking fee of 5% as standard.

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
