The Raphia wallpaper is part of our Raphia collection that was inspired by the fluid and visually engaging embroidery patterns created by the female textile artists of the Kuba Kingdom (now within the Democratic Republic of the Congo).

The wallpaper has this same blend of geometric pattern paired with an earthy colour palette, lending itself particularly well for interiors purposes as the large bold patterns are balanced with subtle colours and intricate texture.

There is a very limited window where we may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our support team right away. For Ready to Ship items, please contact returns@theroost.com to cancel your order. Please return items in their original, unused condition for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs). We can arrange for the item to be collected, or you’re welcome to send it back to us. We recommend that you insure the return shipment if you are sending the item back, as you will be liable for any damage to the goods until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable shipper and retain proof of sending.
For Made to Order items (upholstery, furniture, lacquer or wallpaper), you may cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing your order. After this, we are unable to offer refunds for made-to-order items beyond the 48 hours after placing your order. For any items that arrived damaged, we can issue a full refund; however, please contact our support team within 14 days of the item's delivery. Please include as much photographic evidence as possible for damage to the package and the item – this way we can investigate the cause quickly and find a resolution for you. Please report any visible damage to the outer packaging to the drivers immediately.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the 'Delivery & Returns' section on each product page for more information.
