Timeframe for returns: you have 30 days (from the date of shipping) to return an item for absolutely any reason and a full refund. After 30 days, we are under no obligation to provide you with any return or refund.
Condition: of course, it’s fine to unbox the product, but please be careful with the packaging and don’t use or install it. All returned items should be sent back in their original condition and packaging (including tags). If an item is returned to us incomplete, used or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the shipping costs). How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. We will try our best to get your order to you within this lead time, but occasionally, especially during bank holidays, your products may take a little longer to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?
