Can I visualise the item I'm interested in purchasing?

You can 'try before you buy' at an accurate scale, so you'll know whether an item fits next to another. Test paints and wallpaper, a gallery wall, or how a rug looks underneath a sofa.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship most items worldwide. If you add an item to checkout and shipping costs don't automatically apply, feel free to reach out to hello@theroost.com to receive a shipping quote.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please refer to the estimated lead time on each product page. You can find this under the 'Delivery & Returns' dropdown. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

What do I do if I need to return a product?
