Both pieces are crafted on sturdy aluminium frames and handwoven in durable PE rattan, a high-quality synthetic that mirrors the look of natural rattan, complete with subtle tonal variations for added character. The sofa and ottoman are topped with comfortable, showerproof cushions featuring machine-washable covers in a neutral shade that complements garden greenery and stone paving alike. Weatherproof, UV-resistant and mould-resistant, this set is built for outdoor living. To keep it in excellent condition through winter and wet weather, protect it with the coordinating cover.

Product Care:

In harsh weather conditions or during the winter months, remove the cushions and store them in a dry place. If the furniture is left outdoors for extended periods, we recommend using a protective furniture cover, such as our made-to-fit Skala cover. Always ensure the furniture is completely dry before covering.

Returns:
1. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all parts included and in the condition they were received, including the outer box.
2. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us. If you are returning a faulty or damaged item, please send returns@theroost.com an email within 14 days of receipt.
3. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

You are responsible for the item until it is received. We recommend keeping proof of postage. Please ensure that fragile items are protected and safely packaged. If the item is damaged in transit due to poor packaging, we may not be able to issue your refund. Your return will be inspected. Goods found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.
